Guest memberships are available for only $5 per person the day of the tournament. Please feel free to bring a friend along! We encourage new skiers to learn the slalom course or try their luck at bare-footing on the boom.

While competitors are waiting for their turn to ski, there are many activities on shore to keep them busy. Some competitors get involved in the Fun Tournaments by scoring or judging a particular event. These duties are taught on site with the use of trick lists provided by the skiers. Land clinics are taught by experienced skiers and instructional video tapes are also viewed on shore to learn new skiing techniques. Good sportsmanship is encouraged at all times. New friendships are developed and ideas are often shared with each other. It is common for younger skiers to become motivated by observing the older, more experienced tournament skiers. Competitors are welcome to bring their favorite music on CD or ipod to play during the tournament. All music must be free of explicit lyrics.
